Commercial & Industrial Venting Systems

Large installations present unique demands. Heat-fab's Saf-T Vent and Saf-T Vent CI products meet the challenge. While newer mid- to high-efficiency appliances have lower operating costs, they also have much lower flue gas temperatures, which condense in the venting systems. This results in condensed flue gas by-products that can corrode the venting system. Our AL 29-4C® venting systems ensure optimal corrosion resistance, even when used with the most fuel-efficient appliances. Our pioneering expertise with this material enables us to fabricate components that will accommodate unique installation demands and sizes.

A double-wall product consisting of a flue gas conduit and jacket, our Saf-T Vent CI is ideal for high-efficiency condensing of natural gas or propane-fired appliances. The inner flue conduit is fabricated of AL 29-4C stainless steel. The outer jacket is constructed of Type 430 stainless steel. With an air space of 0.16 inches between the inner and outer liners, this venting system meets the most stringent requirements of Category III and IV gas appliances. Saf-T Vent CI is designed to be installed in venting runs beyond 20 feet and in non-conditioned space.

Saf-T Vent is a single wall product fabricated from the highest quality, most corrosive-resistant stainless steel alloy available - AL 29-4C®. Used on Category III and IV gas appliances with limited length of run up to 20 feet in a conditioned space.

Hearth Products
